Yuliya Drogalova, Roland Meyer de Voltaire und Celia Schann
The live EP by SCHWARZ was recorded in a live situation in an abandoned church in Berlin. The three musicians, Roland Meyer de Voltaire (vocals), concert pianist Yuliya Drogalova and French violinist Celia Schann, played together at several festivals and concerts in 2015. In addition to video recordings and CD productions, filmmaker and director Aljoscha Pause made a documentary film. The film deals with central questions such as success and failure in the world of pop music and alternative life plans.
Roland Meyer de Voltaire gave newly composed scores to his concert pianist friend, Yuliya Drogalova. Together they sketched songs of great dynamics and emotionality.
