Yuliya Drogalova

As a sought-after pianist and singer, she works for professional musical arrangements for events, award ceremonies, memorial services, weddings, balls, galas, dinners, company parties, receptions, conferences, congresses and official events in Berlin and Brandenburg.

Yulia's love of music goes beyond the boundaries of classical music. She works with equal dedication and joy in a variety of styles such as Musical, pop, variety and jazz. As a soloist or as a member of various ensembles (pop and jazz), she performs regularly. She likes to play chamber music, gives recitals and works as a passionate accompanist for famous opera singers.

The versatile musician enchants the audience with her virtuoso playing at historic and exclusive venues.

Vita Yuliya Drogalova

Already in her childhood, Yuliya Drogalova was fascinated by music and took her first piano lessons at the age of six. During a 7-year education at a music school in her native country Ukraine, she build a reputation as an exceptional pianist and received the first prize-winner at the famous Prokofiev Competition.
In the following four years at the Music High School she gave numerous concerts and participated very successfully in children and youth competitions. She was honored for the best performance of the Schumann Piano Concerto and performed as a soloist and chamber musician in the Great Opera House of Donetsk.

After graduating from High school in 2004, she studied piano solo with Prof. Andrzej Ratusinski and Karl-Wilhelm Berger at the State Music Academy in Stuttgart, piano duo with Prof. Hans-Peter Stenzl, chamber music with Prof. Florian Wiek and pedagogy.

She attended masterclasses with Prof. Kirill Gerstein, Rudolf Piernay, Robin Bowman and Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau.
After graduating in 2010 she perfected her multi-faceted piano playing at the Academy of Music "Hanns Eisler" in Berlin in the class of Prof. Wolfram Rieger. She completed her second successful master's degree in 2013 in art song accompaniment.

Already during her studies, Yuliya Drogalova worked as a vocal coach and song accompanist for several vocal professors: She accompanied numerous university concerts, competitions, ensuch as Julia Varady, Christine Schäfer and Irwin Gage. During her studies she taught piano at the college and worked as an accompanist in the opera department, preparing several operas with young directors and opera singers.

 

Since 2013, Yuliya Drogalova has been a sought-after pianist and singer at events, award ceremonies, commemorations, weddings, balls, galas, dinners, company parties, receptions, conferences, congresses and official events in Berlin and Brandenburg.

Yuliya's love of music goes beyond the boundaries of classical music. She is also accomplished in performing in a variety of styles such as musical, pop and jazz. She performs regularly as a soloist and with various ensembles (pop and jazz). Yuliya also performs with chamber ensembles and performs recitals as an accompanist for opera singers.

The versatile musician enchants the audience with her virtuoso playing at historic and exclusive venues.
For example, she regularly performs at the event "Chopin Pur" in the Französischer Dom on Berlin's Gendarmenmarkt, a solo piano recital featuring Chopin's most beautiful compositions.

At Egon Bahr's memorial service she played in the St. Marienkirche Berlin. In the Berlin City Hall, at the Humboldt University, in embassies, museums, castles, company representatives, large hotels and many other reputable places, she often performs concerts for festive events.
